Ever since I moved into my own place, I’ve been spending more time in the kitchen than anywhere else in the apartment. After persuasions from all directions, I’ve finally decided to document my food journey on this blog. A self-proclaimed critic and a novice artiste in the kitchen, yours truly is a “foodie” in all senses of the word.

For anyone who’s curious, Pai Gu means “short ribs” in Chinese (Mandarin). It’s a reflection of my Asian heritage, as well as one of my favourite childhood dishes.

Who am I? That’s not really important. For the purposes of having an internet identity, I am TheSassyChef.
